Talk to General Physician on Stiffness & Numbness In Left Leg

my husband is facing stiffness and numbness in left leg frm last 8 years.. by the passage of time the problem is increasing and he stopped driving a car but he go to the office on his bike regularly.. there is a no movement in his right and left foot thumb although he tries but he fail. he faces the problem while walking and going to upstairs as well as coming down the stairs.. A massager does regular massage in the left leg but no sign of betterment. we went to Chiropractor,neurologist,hakeems,homeopathic and what asked for so many tests and so we did but any of them couldnt diagnose his issue.. we are losing our hope day by day.. kindly suggest him something for the better life as we have 2 kids under 5 yrs old.. im attaching his reports please check them..
