Talk to General Physician on Stifness And Pain In The Head

hello dr i want u to understand my issue little deeply .. actuallt yesterday in the night i had combed my hairs very hard for about ten minutes just because i have dandruff .. after combing so hard my head i went to take shower with cold water ... after then taking the shower im feelimg stifness in the neck nd headache on different parts of the head ??? im feeling worried because i was thinking its wrong to comb for ten minutes and then going to take shower imnediately with cold water ??? do i need to take loprin tblet for this pain ??
