Regarding stomach problem, try to eat less spicy food & add yogurt with main meal.. Start taking tab omeprazole 40 mg at night before sleep & syp ulsanic 1 tbsp three times a day before each meal.
Also increase your water intake to atleast 8-10 glasses daily
