Talk to General Physician on Stomach And Liver

Symptoms : Fluffy pieces with ragged edges, a mushy stool, weakness, 2 to 3 time urine passes in the morning, dizziness, sometimes constipation, I am facing this problem from 23 April. I was taking medicine axic 500mg 2 times a day, flygl 400 mg 3 times a day, completed 5 days course but not get well. After that I go for some tests : blood cp, h B&c, LFT. Reports are attached. In the beginning stools were Dark and foul smelling. The next doctor give me DS entimezole and hypo-merz syrup. I take 3 or 4 doses and I stopped it because I was not feeling well.
