Talk to General Physician on Stomach Looks Big

I’m a hypothyroidism patient from last 8 years. I have a daughter of 10 years. From last 3 years my stomach looked like if i’m 4-5 months pregnant. I conceived again after 10 years in January 2023. My weight was reduced instead of increasing and after delivery i lost 7 kg weight. My belly was shrunk like if it’s an empty sack. But after 4 months it’s back again in same shape. I feel so embarrassed going outside or meeting people because everyone asks if i’m pregnant and i have to say no it’s just my weight. I don’t know which doctor should i consult. Please doctor who can help with what’s wrong. I’ll go to Pakistan in July then i can have treatment accordingly.

Current weight 84kg Age 35 years
