I have been feeling pain or the burning sensations below my ribs for quite awhile and it started getting worse for the past 2 months, there is diarrhea, shortness of breath, fullness after a meal or loss of appetite and I can't even fast for Ramadan, it hurts alot every day and I also get headaches alot mostly in one sides of the head it throbs and vomiting also, fatigue or weakness in the body , abdominal pain it's getting really hard what should I do please I have visited 3 hospital in that 2 months and they said it was gas and just gave me medications but even with the medications it hurts still . please advise me on what I should
