hello respected doctors here, I am experiencing an issue with me, after sehri ,I usually sleep for 2 to 3 hours. and it feels like there is kinda hard thing inside my stomach, it irritates me alot. though, I donot overeat in sehri. til the 1 to 2.pm of day this situation remains with me. also it would be so kind of you, of you guide me what should I avoid in sehri and what kind of food I should have that will make my stomach calm and easy
