Talk to General Physician on Stomach Upset By Feeling Cold In Summer

I had hev positive 6 month now lft is normal .but since two weeks I am having severe pain in stomach and loose motion started on exposure of even I am feeling severe cold even in weather temp of 38 . It's hard to stay in this warm weather by keeping fans off. My wbc are 10 .dengue test is negative. I Plz tell what's the cure.
