I m facing stomch cramping n pain from 3 days feeling nausoues all the time feel thorw up not feel like eating anything poop is fine though one time daily but cramping giveing me hard time my mouth is bitter too taking risek 20mg once a day also but pain is hard to bear pls suggest something ?????
