AOA! You are having calcium oxalate stone. Your calcium intake( milk, yogurt, calcium supplements) should not be too much but balanced. And avoid oxalate rich foods which are mostly vitamin c containing fruits like citrus fruits, vegetables ( potatoes, beet, spinach, okra etc) , nuts like peanuts, grains, legumes , chocolates, sweet potatoes. Avoid eating too much of proteins . Reduce salt intake and avoid vitamin C supplements . Most important is to drink enough water. Thanks
