My father had an very strange smell issue mostly in winter. like blood burning in nose. he also had cough problem. (khushk khansi)

You have given me very limited information. Is it smell from mouth nose or body? I believe with cough it might be sinus related problem. I won't be able to suggest you the medicine based on limited information but I would advise you to see ENT specialist doctor.

DearJust get checked the Blood Pressure as it may be due to that. Also local examination of the Nose inside with speculum to see any pathology inside. This may be due to allergic rhinitis/allergy problem.
