Strange Disturbance In Chest

Hi,
I\'ve been facing this strange issue for quite longer time. I don\'t have cough or chest infection but yeah flu n temp is quite negligable. I feel something strange in my chest like I can\'t call it tightness or congestion. It\'s a continuous feeling of discomfort as I feel tickling in the middle of my chest. I can\'t sleep properly due to it. I\'m unable to find out the reasons. I\'ve some serious issues of anxiety n I\'m taking medicines for it. But I want to is it something associated to anxiety or what could be the reason? Please help.
