Talk to General Physician on Stress Blood Pressure

I have anxiety issues from last year. I have already done alot of work up from cardiologist but now last month i just started my job again and its in night shift. So during my office hours i feel back of head pressure and i feel dizzy when i m in standing position and cant concentrate on my work and feel like discomfort around my eyes so i decided to take wrist bp machine with me and took the bp in office 145/95 and it was high but at home bp is fine 115/65. This is happening since last month. When i felt relaxed from cardiologist side then this thing started to me headache and blood pressure fluctuations. I am not able to focus on my work. I feel lightheaded in office and feel tremors inside my body please advice what should i do??
