Asking for Self, Male, 37 years old, Ontario, Canada
Assalamualaikum,
I have been trying to lose weight for a long time without success. Recently, my lab results showed some abnormal values that concern me:
Triglycerides: 3.77 mmol/L (normal: ≤1.70). Could this high level be affecting my weight loss? What should I do to lower it? HDL-Cholesterol: 0.89 mmol/L (normal: ≥1.00). How can I naturally increase my HDL? Vitamin B12: 818 pmol/L (normal: 138-652). Should I worry about this high level, and could it be related to my weight loss issues? I need guidance on how to address these results and effectively manage my weight.
