Talk to General Physician on Sudden Heart Rate Increase (palpitations)

salam I m 27 years old male on paroxetine and triforge 160/5/12.5 and concor 2.5 od for bp control. i have been feeling skipped beats for a second or two since 10 years. once in a while. but today after laying down after eating, my heart suddenly started pounding very fast until i was laid down for 10 to 15secs and then when i changed position to sitting the rate came to normal initially beating with strong force and then force also became normal.( never happened before in my life it was like very fast heart rate )
