Aoa. My father is a diabetic patient and his sugar level remains ( 179, 185,190... ) in this range. he's taking medicines for he gets tired easily. kindly suggest any vitamins or something for him.

he is taking ( Tablet Diamicron MR & Empaa ) for diabetes. and for blood pressure he is taking Extor. his blood pressure remains in the range of ( 150/90)
he got tired after doing some exertion. also his LDL cholesterol level is 214mg/dl .

multivitamins can be suggested easily by anyone but the problem here is this patient needs proper evaluation of his symptoms, as he is having so many risk factors which will lead him to cardiac illness( he is probably dealing with )considering high LDL, blood pressure and diabetes plus his symptoms

get a CBC, UCE, LFTs if not done, an ECG an echocardiography, chest x-ray PA view, with blood tests and ECG kindly book an appointment with me or see a cardiologist or internist, kindly don't delay he needs proper evaluation a detail assessment and probably adjustment or change of his medication's or needs addition of medicines, make a BP and sugar chart of 1 week kindly do fasting sugars after 8 to 10 hrs of fasting, he needs to be seen and managed holistically
