Talk to General Physician on Sugar, BP, Joints Pain And Stomach Issues

My Mother is chronical patient of Sugar, BP and joint pain particularly knees. She is on regular treatment and Alhamdulillah now her Sugar and BP remains under control. However since last few months inflammation in her body is increasing particularly in joints areas and pain is increasing despite of regular use of prescribed pain killers. Moreover her stomach and digestive system have also got upset as a result she face issues like vomiting, motions and indigestion on almost weekly basis.

Please we should consult with which doctor and what should be our course of action.
