why do I get severe chest discomfort after taking a sumoxen tablet for migraine?
Due to vasoconstrictive effects on coronary arteries or esophageal smooth muscles.

Better to use alternative medicine and avoid sumoxen.
It's a side effect of Sumoxen. Please get your ECG done and also switch to another medicine for Migraine. Best step is to check your ECG first

Wish you all the good health! Thank you for your kind words. Your health is always our top priority. If possible, take Panadol migraine with Omega 20. for your migraine. I understand, it's hard for you to deal with Migraine, but it's always good to go for safer options.

I was already taking panadol migraine but that wasn't working after some time, that is why the doctor prescribed sumoxen for migraine.
now he advised naproxen for pain as I can take naproxen without any discomfort

Naproxen is also a safer option. There are some other possible medicines but before starting those, we will hav to take your detailed history and some test. So it's best to have a check up with a Neurologist so that they can advise you the best medicine.
