Talk to General Physician on Suspected Covid

Salam My mother 68 years old having history of asthma and hypertension. From 4th June she started having mild fever &sore subsided after 3 days but there was loss of appetite and dry cough but little xray and cbc gave antibiotics but she started having vomiting thn we finally went to her pulmonologist and he asked for has now examined her personally and prescribed is little better question is the disease on initial stage or some recovery phase has started? or something to worry about ? attaching all reports
