AoA Drs! I'm feeling a medium sized, external lump that I suspect as a symptom of pile. It gets swollen sometimes and irritate while remains un-inflated most of the times. Should I take some precautionary medicine or it'll diminish itself? Attaching a pic for examination please. Thanks in advance
