Talk to General Physician on Swallowed Thermometer Bulb/mercury

aoa. this query is about my daughter, she is one year old. she broke à thermometer, and we suspect the she has swallowed it's bulb /mercury. because it's been few days to the incident and we never found the PCs anywhere else. we got her checked at emergency, as her vitals were all good , so doctors discharged her. but I'm thinking should I be looking symptoms or can we get some tests done to any danger it may cause. can any doctor here help me in this regard
