These days dengue is also common.Any fever is associated with sweating when fever is coming down.It could be related to paracetamol intake too.
Also fever can be a sign of low blood pressure and dengue related hypovolemia.So please get Blood pressure and blood sugar checked.I hope the fever has settled by now otherwise complete work up of fever is warranted.
