Talk to General Physician on Swelling Eyes Suddenly

actually my son which is 3.5 years old and 2 days ago his eyes were swell suddenly and get fever of 103 degree we carried him to children hospital he suggested some test in which one of CBC and other was of urine test and we got one report about blood which was normal and 2nd test of urine whom report will be received by tomorrow and on the spot doctors give injection in hid vain by bernola and same day in evening we take hime to private doctor of childern he gives 2 spons of syrup about fever and wait for fever low and after low the fever he gave him injection Oxidrill and some other in a very small drip and and also gave us 2 syrup one for infection and 2nd of fever and say that it was just infection nothing else and in morning the doctor of hospital suggested us to gives him sashy of Myteka morning and evening and also said to give whitnes of boild eggs so he is normal now and the question is that what was it happened with him actually?
