Aoa dr since yesterday i had pain in rectal area while sitting and walking. Today I checked there is some lobe near anus. I m 34 weeks pregnant. No constipation. I will inbox its pic to the relevant dr. Thanks.

It can b piles during pregnancy, dont wory, go to ur doctor regular visit n tell her, she vl satisfy.
't worry if there is no constipation but due to pressure which comes down.U had any history of piles or Fissure and Constipation?
If its acute mean developed in 3 to4 days could b absces if older could b fistula. If comes out when u put pressure for defication could b pilles visit a surgen as ur in ksa need antibiotics and pain killer
