If its acute mean developed in 3 to4 days could b absces if older could b fistula. If comes out when u put pressure for defication could b pilles visit a surgen as ur in ksa need antibiotics and pain killer

Do you have any history of constipation? Do you eat beef with more spices ? Stop cold drinks , eat cucumber daily
