Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck

hello dr 
im feeling little swelling in the area below my ear nd throat .. also feeling little pain .. 
actually i have also been taking myteka tablet for allergy problem because i was having phlegm problem .. so someone recommend me to take myteka tblet .. 
now anyone can tell me what should i do for this problem .. i think this condition is called swollen lymph nodes .. ?? 
im not having any fever so should i have take antibiotic or not ??
