Asking for Husband, Male, 36 years old, lahore
Aoa. My husband had negative PCR 2 days ago. It has been 12 days in total since the start of symptoms and 11 days since his test first came positive. The problem is that he doesnot feel ok now, feels extreme restlesness, headache & muscular cramps all over his body. He has been taking panadol on and off. Pls suggest is there anything to worry about and how to take his care.
Fatigue after covid is noemal. It will take 3 to 4 weeks to recover completely.

What are the BP, pulse, temperature, hydration, appetite, activities, breathing statuses??? If BP is on low side,, no appetite for food, lack of interest in routine activities, dry chappy lips with dry mouth alongwith the symptoms mentioned above then he should have intravenous fluid infusion alongwith addition of some other injections like 2 ampoules Inj. Neurobion + 1 Amp. Inj. Risek.. It will immediately make him better and give tab nuberol Forte one tab twice aday for 2 days.. If improving then you can contact me for further treatment

Thank you so much dr. His bp is slightly on higher side, around 140/90. Pulse and temperature are normal. Appetite and hydration are fine. He is trying to drink more water. He is just having regular headaches and restlesness alongwith bodyaches.

Regarding BP,, little higher than margin, hope so he is taking some medicine for it. If he is drinking off n on... What about blood sugar and urine output?? What about his sleep routine?? He can take Tab lexotanil 2 days course (half tablet daily around 8 pm before bedtime)

General weakness after the disease condition is a normal thing.he must be taken healthy diet and take Homoeopathic treatment for complete restoration of health
W.A, He must be taking complete bed rest till one month after recovery because even if he has recovered the body is still week therefore there is continuous muscle pain.
It is must that he should not be lifting any weight or climbing up the stairs.
There are following special instructions:
1- Always drink Boiled water and drink 1 Glass after every 2 hours.
2- Double daily caloric intake and eat anything after 2 hours
3- Eat plenty of Fruits and Drink fresh fruit juices daily.
4- Drink milk twice a day one cup with 1 teaspoon honey.

6- Eat Salad or Vegetables daily
7- Eat one Boiled egg daily and take meat broth/soups.
8- Take one fist full of Dry Fruits Daily 8Almonds and 4 Walnuts.

10- Stay away from Fried foods, Fast foods, Junk foods and Carbonated Drinks. Always eat home made food.

Thank you so much dr for asking. He is taking panadol for pain, Vit D weekly, and ORS. His temperature is normal but saturation is 96%.

normal saturation is above 95 so it seems ok
keep an eye on his saturation.
follow the prescription n recite surah e tagabun inshallah he ll be fine soon
