Talk to General Physician on Syphilis Test

Hi I got tested for syphilis using FTA-ABS test from Aga Khan. The result came out non reactive. Does this mean I do not have syphilis? Also I have had sex using condoms only. Do I need to get tested again? I am kinda paranoid please help as I am getting married. I havent had any sexual encounters for about 4 years and cannot recall any symptoms either. Please help

just make sure you stick to your wife as sexual partner and do not take any other sexual partners.
