Asking For Self, Female, 19 Years old, peshawar
I have been feeling so weak, like i face normal bone and joint pain (not so severe), i feel like anemia but not so sure, i get shivering in my hands after i work a lot, sometimes a headache but these are not severe and Alhumdulilah i am fine in other ways so i thought to take OSTEOCARE and iberet for this to maintain health. I need advise, is it better to take them together?

you are 19 year old so if you have a balanced diet and regular exercise you should not have any problems normally but check serum Vit D3, serum Ca, Mg Phosphate and ALK-ph and share it with me
