Taste And Smell Loss

Question

Dear doc, i am facing sudden loss of smell and taste (100%) from 3 days, nose is blocked, and mild weakness. I am worried what should I do to get my senses back.
Taking azomax once a day, calpure D, steam 3 times a day, kehwa 2 times, also taking healthy diet.
Kindly suggest me.

5mg ak tab for 10days
along with azomox for 5days
it will take time

continue with other medications
