Whenever I drink black tea, I have sudden & severe urge to go to toilet for bowel movement. Sometimes after one/two sip, sometimes in the middle of cup or sometimes after 5/10 minutes of finishing tea. It is the reason I can't drink tea outside. I drink one/two cup a day.
Is it normal?

Yes,avoid large amount of tea at the same time and while taking tea give some time instead of taking whole cup of tea at same time.Give some time to cup of tea to finish.Tea has diuretic effort ie increase urine and increase the gut motility and you may be hypersensitive to it.avoid excessive sugar in your tea and thick tea in large amount.
