Asking for Other, Male, 5.5 years old, FAISALABAD
My son is 5.5 months old. Since yesterday noon, he is having temperature above 100 degrees. Apparently he has no sore throat, no cough n flu, no motion etc. Chest is also clear. Yesterday night I visit doctor, he prescribed Panadol syrup and zincat syrup. I m worried about his fever when apparently there is no infection.

Kindly record the temperature with a thermometer. If it comes out to be more than 99°F, continue panadol syrup. Check if there's unusual crying, any diarrhoea/Loose stools, distended abdomen, is he sleeping more than usual anything?
Get a CBC report. It will help in making the diagnosis.
