Asalam o Alaikum...mn hr choti choti bt ki tension leti hon ..preshan rhti hon ..rat ko b thk nend nhi ati..kbhi mjhy feel hota h jesy meri body ya hands kanp rhy hn ..kia ye depression h? Mjhy ab kia krna chahey ?? R meri memory bht weak hoti ja rhi h kch yad nhi rhta...plz guide me
