Talk to General Physician on Testicle Pain

I need advice regarding my problem... I feel pain in my testicles sometimes like once or twice a month but the pain was unbearable. I masturbate for the sake of pleasure once a week, it may be because I feel more production of sperm. I want to ask it is ok to masturbate once a week or not or is it a reason of having pain? If it's not normal so should I consult to a doctor and which doctor Please help me out in this??
