My hernia operation was when i was 10 yrs old now i am 26..i don't have any pain. my left testicle(Lower side) is large in size and right is small(upper side). Q1 which test i should go through so i can confirm that everything is fine? Q2 it can effect my marriage life?

You will need to get an examination by a surgeon. He will guide you better if surgery is needed or not that will be upto you.
You will need to get yourself properly evaluated clinically and also get tests done like. Ultrasound and other related investigations before any final diagnosis. Don’t delay get them done at earliest.
