I got injured from my own shoes corner on the ankle on the road... I just got a minor blood wound... Do i need tetanus injection ? After how many days can i get the tetanus injection.???? Its about four days when i have got the injury
Tetanus inj valid for 10 years. If it's more than 10 years better get one done asap
Within 48 hours of injury injection should be administered ideally.
AOA, Penetrating wounds which are deep... more likely to cause Tetanus... Your wound doesn't sound like high risk.. You can get vaccinated against Tetanus.... at 0, 1 month and 3 month interval.
