hello dr .. 
aj se 12 din pele mujy road pr thori si injury ayi thi leg pr .. meny tetanus injection lgwaliya tha 24 hours k andr .. 
but aj mujy neck mein dard horahaii .. aj although meny esi koi activity nhin ki k mujy neck pain ho .. hospital k emergency mein kafi patients thy .. might be possible k mujy glti se koi or  hai unon nain or aj mujy yeh dard hua hai kahin virus multiply to nhin horaaa meri body mein ??
kya mein kl dubara se tt injection krwasakta hun ?? ya koi test krwasakta hun .. 
please help me out .. !!!

how r u now ?
do you have fever ?
jaw carmping or muscle stiffness in face or shoulder region headache or any other symptom?
check ur bp twice n notice if there is any fluctuations
for now all u have to do is to relax n calm down
for neck pain take tab movax 2 mg tds
n warm compression .
