Talk to General Physician on Tetanus Suspected ..

hello dr im aged 27 actually last year in november 2020 i had a road injury for which i had received tt injection ... and some days ago on 26 april i have had another injury but this time i didnt go for tetanus as i have heard that tt injection gives protection for 5 years .. but for the past 2 days i have been feeling pain in my neck muscles .. so i was getting really worried about having contracted tetanus ... please help me out by clearifying that whether i needed tt injection again on 26april after my injury or nott.. and god forbid if im showing any symptoms if tetanus .. ????
