Talk to General Physician on Thick Phlegm And Prolonged Cough

I have been suffering from severe nasal and chest congestion along with choking for past 4 years we have been to alot of doctors and tried homeopathic treatment and alot of home remedies, i take honey on daily basis with turmeric sometimes with lemon or black pepper or ginger or lukewarm water, tired ginger tea as well , hot soups, medicines but nothing works. I have seen ENT specialist he said i have allergy and sinusitis someone recommended to pulmonologist he did lungs test which was apparently fine. I am not able to find any solution and tired now and want to get rid of routine cough, soar throat and phlegm. P.s : I can't throw out phlegm/mucus through mouth, I fail to do so. I have observed then cough and sensations increases after drinking water or eating food or while sleeping. Please suggest any good doctor any medicine
