do you problem of DVT?
It's most probably DVT, DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS. I would recommend switch to another anticoagulant as warfarin is not doing you any good. Kindly book an appointment

yes test is good but you have to consult tour doctor for proper check up, also do ultrasound Doppler of legs

come to a big city as the reason should be found and there is much better and safer medicine rather than the old dangerous one such as warfarin
