Talk to General Physician on Thraot Pain During Swallowing

Aoa. I m a dr. I want to tell that since 2 to 3 days i have throat pain during swallowing only. Sometines it feels like thorns in my throat. Sometimes pain is burning. It is aggrevated by spicy and sour food. I also had pericoronitis near wisdom tooth since 2 to 3 days. Pericoronitis is now relieved by azithromycin. Also taking PPI since 2 days and painkillers brexin etc. I also examined my throat in mirror but it seemed clear. Plz help regarding treatment. It is very painful to swallow especially in this ramadan diet routine. I also want to add that i m asthmatic and i have on and off gerd issues since 5 to 6 years. I have no fever cough or flu or anyother symptom and no covid contact history
Ws, thanks for sending in a very good detailed history. Are there any enlarged lymph nodes in the neck ? rash on body ? abdominal pain ? Which PPI are u taking and at what time ? What are u using for ur asthma ? When did u have ur last asthma attack ? What precautions are u taking to avoid asthma attack ? Kindly answer all these to know better about ur condition. Thanku for reply. Lymph nodes were enlarged and painful only on one side where my pericoronitis was. No rash on body. No abdominal pain. Only epigastric burning. But i pass stools with cramps. And stools r also little loose than routine. I was taking omeprazole 40 mg OD before sehri( took 2 days only) but today i took nexum (esomeprazole) 20 mg before sehri. I m taking seretide diskus for asthma and montelukast since 6 months. No i dont have any asthma attack since starting of this medicine. Regarding precautions only avoiding triggers like dust, not having cold drinks cold food and not going outside in this corona my diet was not good all these oily spicy aftari items made my gerd worse. plz tell me any other medicine shpuld i take or contines same

Also want to add that i cant take sugary items.. they also r painful for my throat
