From past 3 weeks it feels like something stuck in my throat. Few days i felt difficulty in eating. Throat get dry. And today having problem little bit problem in breathing. Please tell me what is it?

I need to know more.any wheeze sound from chest ,if not then take tab soften 10 once a day with panadol 500mg thrice and ,if still problem check with your doctor
