Talk to General Physician on Throat & Chest Problem

Problem 1: I have throat problem its more then year and half now.... It feels like somthing stuck in my throat... Somtimes it become swear and also affect my chest i consulted to doctor too twice in this because becuse of swear fever few months back he gave me anti biotics injections and other medicines it gets better but not completely fine its still same i feel like my breathing conditions also little a half month back i got 99 fever... Because of eating too much warm things like dry fruits and i wouldn't b able to go my family doctor because of stuck traffic so i accidently went to government hospital and they gave me antibiotics again with somogel for chalas on mouth and my throat get more worst l leave that madicine after 2 doses and the just rely myself on milk and some fruits... But my throat is still not okay it feels like nothing stuck in it resha b nikalta hai kabhi kabhi but breath mein b minor problem mehsoos hoti hai...? Proble
