Talk to General Physician on Throat Infection Since 3,4 Days

Asslam o Alaikum! I’m Saqlain and student of Engineering class .I drunk cold water ,due to it my throat got pain . But now this is changed to infections and even I could not drink water. I can but it irritates a lot. Also suffering from fever too . Kindly suggest medicines. I’ll be very thankful.
