Throat Infection. Voice Blocked

Alsalam u alaykum. I am having throat infection. Cough. Voice was hoarse yesterday. Now I can't speak. Please advise most suitable antibiotic with dosage and duration. Tea joshandah used but didn't work. No fever 40

Walaikum Assalaam dear patient !             Following measures are recommended for your condition:                                      1) Gargles with a pinch of salt thrice a day                                                                 2 Voice rest                                                     3) Herbal teas (with ginger and honey ) / Soups every 03 -4   hrs                           4) Steam inhalation twice a day                  5 ) No Antibiotics recommended for your condition                                             It will settle down in a week time . If still condition persists I will advise u few Tests
