I have throat irritation for 2 weeks comes and go without any cough and temperature. is it any virus or allergy?

1).Tb. Antial (once daily at evening for next 10 days)
2).Syp. Kroff (1 table spoon 3 time daily for next 10 days)
1cup of warm water 3 time daily for next 10 days.
