My husband have pain in throat since march and he took erythromycin but it doesnot help and now headaches continue every 2 hour gap and he also have fever 100-101 after every metamizol tablet it becomes normal. He checked the blood report and its not normal and his heart rate also above 110

Please book a proper consultation or visit a physician. His BP needs to be checked alongwith treatment of fever. These reports showed high thyroid, which later on became normal. It can be due to infection aswell. It's better to consult first for proper treatment of his headaches and fever.

Yeah we consult a doctor here and today she gave medicine for thyroid but his pulse rate is too high around 110-140 and i was too much worried because here in Germany they didn't explain why it happens

Salam ,r u in Germany,? His fever is not due to any infection or seasonal viral issues, his thyroid levels are indicating hyperthyroidism which cause headaches High blood pressure, disturbance in glucose levels elevated heart rate if left undiagnosed and untreated it cause serious damages, i wud suggest u look for a rheumatologist or medical specialist either in person or in app, he needs proper consultation with history lifestyle eating habits family history of diseases etc

Wsalam yes we consult a doctor and she said it's hyperthyroidism and she gave a medicine but i dont understand why he is too much tired and he has a constant fever and todsy his pulse rate was 130-140. What should i do now i also have a one month baby here

Oily, salty, junk food fiizy drinks shud be avoided, increase water intake , there is a plethora of suggestions that i can give but its tailored for every patient according to his current condition , height weight lifestyle worklife stress levels socioeconomic issues so it wud be better if u book an appointment, hope it helps
