i was suffering from chronic constipation and doctors suggested contrast ct scan of abdomen n pelvic are my am having extreme tightness and pain in my upper stomach (the area end of ribcage and before the bellybutton) am having Ganathon tablet before food. Due to the tightness i cant eat food. happens mostly after foood and attimes even without having food. am very confused and scared and avoiding hospitals due to covid.

please avoid tight clothes and kindly use mint (podina) in your diet i have also a same problem.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. since when do u have this problem ? I had a look at ur reports. Try to bring about a change in ur diet. chew ur food well and eat in small amount at a time. avoid too much carbohydrates. Sit upright for some time after u have finished eating. Also tell me if there is any recent weight gain ? acne ? facial hair ? married ? children ?

im unmarried and have no symptoms of weightgain or acne or facial hair. i used to be suffering with this tightness on&off since 6 months but now its constant pain. also doctor is there anything to worry about? as stomach lining showsthickness and prominent rif lymph nodes??
