Hello respected doctors, I want to ask for myself that I have been tingling in my left foot and hand (mostly in foot) for the past 1 year. Moreover, I lost my mother one and a half years ago, and whenever I think about the past memories and even concentrate in my daily work, I feel the increased intensity of tingling. I am a computer researcher in Germany. I visited a doctor in Karachi, Pakistan. He took several tests and told me that it is the vitamin deficiency issue. He gave me some vitamin supplements, after taking which, I felt better. I myself taking vitamin B12 on almost daily basis these days but never got rid of the complete problem. I still feel tingling and sometimes it becomes really annoying. Please guide me in this case, what should I do?

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
if tingling is associated with your mothers thoughts and aggravtrd by it then its not necessarily a vitam8n deficiency.it may be due to anxiety.u need psychological assisstance.
