Assalamoalaikum, my toenail ripped off completely on chaand raat and I put a pyridine and cotton and bandaged, yesterday I opened the bandage but the cotton should I do plz guide..

Can wash the wound.And use gauze piece to apply pyodine.Dip your foot in luke warm water mixed with some pyodine for some time daily and dry area thoroughly.If there seems to be any inflammation may need antibiotic cover.
