Talk to General Physician on Tonsils

Post typhoid i started to have sore and swellon throat following fever for 10 years 2 times in a month. Used to take syrup n panadole n fixed. I visited specialist he prescribed a syrup n zyrtic. Now i dont have fever anymore but throat infection. I am allergic to dust. I am not sure it is tonsils or allergi. Could you please guide the matter.
